The Freedom of Will and Good Governance

摘要

The history of governance is more the history of inquisitive mind than the history of a disciplined state of mind. The trouble is that we are unwilling to accept conventional answers to conventional ills that distort the soft image of governance. The Greek appreciated intellectual order and liked to establish it whenever it seemed to be lacking. Recently I joined as a student of Good Governance in the National University of Modem languages, Islamabad to contribute to the intellectual order that most believe seems to be lacking in control. The two years study covers a range of subjects of special interest including philosophy. I must admit the study of Governance and Organizational Science has been an enlightening experience for schematic arrangement of my thoughts into an explicit system of the unfolding of ideas and insight.
