Sales of the company's dairy-based cooking products such as butter, cream and sour cream grew 4.8% in value. This lifted sales revenues in the quarter to Nkr4.92 billion (€647.2 million) - up 6.6% from the same period of 2010. Operating profits fell Nkr6 million to Nkr380m. But, adjusted for special items, first-half operating profits were up Nkr42m from the same period of 2010, helped by efficiency measures at ice cream subsidiary Diplom-Is.
