In the small US town of Murray, Kentucky, summertime is hot - sometimes over 35℃ in the shade. The only cool spot is Ryan Foods, owned hy dairy processor Dean Foods. There, at temperatures just above freezing, workers are loading boxes of Nesquik flavoured milk beverages into refrigerated trucks. These packs are headed for supermarkets, where the little yellow plastic bottles have been flying off the shelves. In just a few months sales have risen over 35%.
