The cheese makers of southern Germany are combining traditional cheese making practices with modern methods. Suzanne Christiansen reports. Driving around the beautiful Alpine landscapes of Bavaria, two things come to mind - the scent of the crisp, clean air of the nearby Alps and the tune from The Great Escape. Somewhere near the lovely towns of southern Germany is where Steve McQueen filmed his famous motorcycle scene, and it's still as beautiful today as it was back in 1963.
