British celebrity chef Gizzi Erskine (pictured) is aiming to raise the profile of Stilton cheese after being signed up by the Stilton Cheese Makers Association (SCMA). Erskine, whornis also a food stylist, is fronting a campaign to position Stilton as a year-round essential food shopping item and key ingredient for everyday cooking, emphasising its popularity away from the traditional Christmas cheeseboard.
