Dear Suzanne, Many thanks for the December 2010 issue. I especially liked Julian Mellentin's article. At last somebody has found some positive aspects of the European Health Claim mess! I cannot fully agree with the Al Rawabi article. Of course I understand that this is the information given to you as the editor. But the message is, in my opinion, wrong. I see them more as a follower or copycat. And why? Al Ain Dairy launched pro-biotic products with the world leading probiotic LOG in 2001 Al Ain Dairy also launched cholesterol-lowering Benecol products in 2002.
