Q. What in your background prepared you for your current role? It was back in Brazil that I first started working as a practitioner and I became quite critical when looking at how to translate theory into practice. Observing and exploring people's behaviour towards nutrition was particularly insightful, informing my own product development ideas. Anyone working in nutrition knows how careful the translation of scientific evidence into commercial communications has to be.
