Q. How did you get into goat cheese making? I wanted to get back into the farming business. I was brought up with cow dairy farming, but became a heating engineer by trade. I did a lot of commercial laundry work. However, it does involve a lot of travel up and down the country. So I did a bit of research and it led down the road to goats. I read a lot about the health properties of goat milk and enjoyed the idea of seeing the finished products by making cheese.
