The IDF World Summit is being held in Cape Town, South Africa this year. Due to its location, emerging markets and their dairy industries will be highlighted, according to the organisers. Melt Loubser, president of the South African national committee of IDF notes, "South Africa is a country of great diversity and renowned for its variety in population groups, religions, culinary experiences, languages and other attributes that comprise the 'Rainbow Nation'. Having the international dairy world present in South Africa certainly completes our theme for the summit as 'A World in One Country'.
