Q. How did your experience prepare you for this job? Prior to creating the dairy school, I worked for 20 years as an international marketing and sales manager, which provided me with the opportunity to travel. I served for five years as vice president of the Israeli company, Afimilk, a dairy herd management company. I learned a lot about the technology and gained a lot of knowledge on the dairy industry. This showed me how significant Israeli technological advancements have been to the success of the national dairy industry. During my time at Afimilk, I contributed to the creation of a dairy farm in Vietnam. The farm had 30,000 cows, making it one of the largest projects of its kind. Currently, the farm produces 300 million litres of milk annually. Being a part of an industry-leading project helped me to see the impact of Israel's contributions to the development of the dairy industry on a global scale.
