Rokk Processing in the UK has launched the Veloce-Freeze barrel. With its ability to freeze an entire ice cream mix in seconds, it allows manufacturers to produce gelato quality ice cream on an industrial scale, the company says. It is available with all of Rokk's RFE range of continuous freezers. The design ensures that the quality and flavour of the mix ingredients is maximised in a luxurious, hard and dry gelato-style end product.
