Watney wins Jongia UK scholarship

Stephen Watney (pictured right) of Brinkworth Dairy is the winner of the 2013 Jongia UK scholarship. Aims of the Jongia scholarship include motivating employees in the dairy industry to choose a career in cheese making, and to encourage employers to invest in the dairy training and education of their staff. Jongia is now accepting applications for the 2014 scholarship. Education and training are essential to ensuring a better dairy industry for the future, according to Jongia. The dairy that nominates one of its employees for these awards will be required to say how it intends to motivate that employee.
