Dairyfood is expanding a drying unit in Riedlingen, Germany, which was acquired from Aria Foods in 2013. Around €8 million will be invested in a new whey drying tower. The site turns 150 million kg of milk into lactose and protein products. The plan is to triple throughput and expand the product portfolio.
