Bauer has developed two new varieties of its Diplomat cheese brand, called Bockshornklee-Rucola (with fenugreek and rocket) and Gourmet Steinpilz, which is made with mushrooms. The products are suitable for those affected by lactose intolerance or milk allergy, the company says. Diplomat Gourmet Steinpilz has an RRP of €1.89 per 100g, while Bockshornklee-Rucola is sold for€1.69 per 100g.
