Sleep Well founders Sam and Allan Watts have come up with a solution for a good night's sleep - a milk drink. The product is made from three ingredients associated with a good night's sleep -Jersey milk, valerian and honey. The company says drinking Sleep Well 30 minutes before sleep can help people wind down and have a restful night. It is produced using UHT milk and enjoys a six-month shelf life. The milk drink is launching in vanilla flavour and a chocolate version is in production and will follow soon. Available in handy 200ml 'sip and sleep' cartons for launch, family-size one-litre packs are also in development and will be on sale in late autumn.
