I started work in the food industry at the tender age of 16, taking a holiday job in a cooked meats factory and then a weekend job in a local milk bottling factory, all while studying in the week. After working in several companies in the food industry, I found myself working for a UK food import business. I loved this role as I had the opportunity to find new, amazing products from small family run businesses to much bigger multinational corporations and then bring them to market in the UK. This experience gave me the foundations to work at Italia Formaggi.
