Blacksticks Blue cheese maker Butlers Farmhouse Cheese has released a selection of cheese options for the Christmas season in the UK. This includes Blacksticks Blue Cheese, available with an RRP of £2.50 (€2.95) for 150g from the Butlers cheese store. It is also available at M&S, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Waitrose, Co-op and Booths supermarkets. Another option is the Mature your Own Blacksticks Blue, which offers the consumer a way to "channel your inner cheese maker and nurture your cheese just the way you like it at home, all the way from mellow to nuclear tang." Each whole 500g baby Blacksticks cheese comes with a birth certificate for keeping track of maturation. It is available online at the Butlers cheese store, for £20 (€23.60) plus delivery.
