I have over 30 years' experience in Enterprise Ireland, working directly with client companies from the food, international service and education sectors as well as working in our Investment Services and Research & Innovation divisions, and at this stage I have over 17 years in different management roles. From 2013-16,1 was Enterprise Ireland’s territory director for North America where I saw firsthand the challenges that companies face in breaking into new markets and the relentless demand from the market for competitively produced, innovative products. In 2016, I headed up our High Potential Start Up Division, before returning back to the food sector but this time as head of division.
