There are a lot of people in dairy plants getting agitated about the pace of new technology, at least when it comes to the function of mixing. Attempts at industry humor aside, there have been noteworthy refinements to mixing and blending systems. Many new mixers installed in dairy processing facilities today reflect both technological and design improvements.
