摘要

Submicroscopic and ultracytochemical changes in lymphocytes containing Gall body complex in the cytoplasm and the blood of patients with Type Ⅰ and Type Ⅱ diabetes, Hodgkin's disease, and workers involved hi the clean-up effort after the accident at the Chernobyl atomic power plant are studied. It is found that specific changes in the ultrastructure of the Gall body complex are characteristic of each pathology, which underscores the important role of the lymphocytes in this type of function, and point to its potential use as an additional criterion in evaluating the state of the T-immunity system.
