摘要

The queueing system GI/G/∞ in heavy traffic is considered. Statistical data are generated using Monte Carlo simulation. This article investigates the possibility to use some statistical criteria for testing the hypothesis that the number of customers in the system has an asymptotically normal distribution in its steady state. Numerical examples are given.
