摘要

Creativity is believed to be a necessary precursor to innovation. The former is typically seen as the creation of a new and useful idea and the latter as the successful realisation of a new value from this idea. Although, some studies, both in management and hospitality management research, acknowledge a link between creativity and innovation, progress with respect to understanding the nature of creativity and innovation is still limited.
