Wolfenden Concrete Celebrate Best of British Agriculture at Great Yorkshire Show

The Great Yorkshire Show is one of only a handful of large agricultural shows being held this year and Wolfenden will be exhibiting - from 13th to 16th July - showcasing exciting new products, all with a focus on helping dairy farmers reduce emissions while maintaining healthy, happy herds. The NFU's ambition of reaching Net Zero emissions for farming by 2040 is ambitious. As a transition plan for agriculture, this policy signals a new approach, including the funding streams that will support farmers - and contractors, agricultural engineers and designers - towards emission reduction. For 2022, the plan looks to slurry with, "... a slurry investment scheme from 2022, to help reduce pollution from farming and contribute to the 25 Year Environment Plan, and net-zero commitments, and help farmers prepare for increasingly effective and comprehensive enforcement of the rules about slurry management over the transition period."
