摘要

The corrosion behaivour of nanostructured Cu_90Ni_10 alloys in neutral solution containing different chloride concentrations has been investigated. The passivity of the alloy and the influence of the crystal structure have been examined. A critical chloride concentration for the passive behaviour of the alloys has been determined. The comparison between nanostructured and coarse grained Cu_90Ni_10 alloys shows a decrease in the protective properties of the passive layer in the nanostructured alloy. Some possible reasons to explain this behaviour have been discussed.
