摘要

The aim of the investigations consisted of developing an equipment to measure total nitrogen and total phosphorus and subsequently to test it in the outfall of a sewage treat- ment plant. For this, a method was prepared and tested by which both total nitrogen and total phosphorus are disinte- greated using UV radiation and subsequently detected as nitrate and orthophosphate in one work step. At the same time the development took place of a measurement device working according to this method using flow-injection ana- lysis. By using flow-injection analysis for the determina- tion of N_tot and P_tot a very small usage of chemicals was achieved.
