Ein integriertes Betriebsführungssystem für den Netzbetrieb der Hamburger Stadtentwässerung

After only two years of project work, the Hamburg Urban Drainage Services have introduced a new uniform operations control system for their entire network. In close cooperation with a management consultant firm, the project was successfully implemented with the help of SAP's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software SAP R/3. The objective was to simplify the handling of mass data for workflow planning and order processing as well as the development of a characteristics-based reporting system and the incorporation of the existing geographical information system into the SAP PM module.%Die Hamburger Stadtentwässerung hat nach nur zwei Jahren Projektlaufzeit ihren gesamten Netzbetrieb auf ein neues, einheitliches Betriebsführungssystem umgestellt. Das Projekt wurde in enger Zusammenarbeit einer Unternehmensberatung mittels der ERP-Software SAP R/3 erfolgreich realisiert (ERP: Enterprise Resource Planning). Vereinfachungen im Handling von Massendaten für die Arbeitsplanung und Auftragserstellung sowie der Aufbau eines kennzahlenbasierten Berichtswesens gehörten ebenso zur Aufgabe wie die Anbindung des bereits vorhandenen Geografischen Informationssystems an das SAP-Modul PM.
