Ifirmly believe that effectiveness in most organizational endeavors is rooted in effective teamwork and distributed leadership. Consequently, any success that we have had in the past two and a half years here at Corporate Governance: An International Review (CGIR) under my editorship is because of a great team comprised of strong, committed, and collaborative members in our senior editorial team.
