The Intelligence Community Campus - Bethesda (ICC-B) Centrum project was an extensive, three-year, multi-phase project involving new and retrofit construction for the federal government. Ultimately, the campus of buildings will serve a coalition of 17 intelligence-gathering agencies operating within the Executive Branch.
