Legal Bill Row Prompts Yet More Wembley Litigation

A row over which company is liable for the legal bills in the Wembley trial is expected to continue well into next year after Multiplex and Cleveland Bridge filed applications to the Court of Appeal challenging the recent ruling. Both parties had until 4 pm on Tuesday to hand their request in to the courts after the judge,Lord Justice Jackson,refused to give his own consent for the appeal process.
