Morgan Sindall bosses are using their company's size to target larger, more complex jobs than they have traditionally bid for, saying that it greatly reduces the number of competitors.rnThe top-five contractor, which has a £2.5 billion turnover, said it was focusing increasingly on securing spots on big frameworks and major projects - citing the example of the £2bn second Forth crossing, for which it is part of one of only two consortia in the running.rnThe focus on major projects contrasts with the perception that firms are going for smaller jobs.
