O'Rourke has this week launched a £20 million lawsuit against the Department of Health and the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust over a cancelled £921m hospital project. Triskelion - made up of Laing O'Rourke, John Laing and Serco - has issued legal papers to the two health parties in a long running row over the cancellation of the PFI Pathway Project. The consortium, which claims it had spent millions of pounds on the project by the time it was cancelled, is now suing the two parties for a total of about £20m.
