Enforcement of levy payments to the ConstructionSkills training board could yet be privatised as the government seeks to pursue its bonfire of the quangos.rnThe Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) will decide next month whether to privatise the collection of the levy, following the Cabinet Office review of public bodies unveiled last week.rnConstructionSkills was among 40 organisations whose futures remained "under consideration" after the initial review of 901 public bodies was announced by Cabinet Office minister Francis Maude.rnIt was joined by the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment, and schools capital delivery body Partnerships for Schools.
