Designs have been unveiled for one of the first hospitals to be built under the Department of Health's ￡4 billion Procure 21+ framework, which was launched on 1 October.rnDrivers Jonas Deloitte will project manage the ￡45 million in-patient mental health hospital -at Whyndyke Farm near Blackpool -for Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust.rnThe development, designed by architects BDP, is planned to begin next year subject to business case approval. The main contractor will be chosen from one of the six firms on the framework.
