In addition to the devastation brought by the catastrophic earthquake six weeks ago, Haiti is now facing the rainy season.rnThe construction charity CARE International is in a race against time to provide the people of Haiti with waterproof shelter and sanitation before the rainy season arrives at the end of March.rnThe charity plans to provide emergency shelter for 42,500 people, as well as building 3,000 latrines and providing hygiene kits.
