United House is in line to win the main construction contract for the £53 million redevelopment of Trenchard House in Soho, London, after being selected by Barratt Homes. The Homes and Communities Agency owns the former police building on Broadwick Street and appointed Barratt as development partner. Draft proposals for the site, unveiled as part of an extensive public consultation last week, include 78 one, two and three-bedroom apartments as well as retail space at ground floor level along Broadwick Street, Ingestre Place and Hopkins Street.
