Members and those employed by them will not: 1.Offer, promise or pay bribes to anyone 2.Request, agree to accept or receive bribes Members are committed to having adequate procedures in place within their businesses to prevent bribery. Members will: 3.Have a zero-tolerance of bribery and set a clear tone from the top; 4.Conduct risk assessments to identify and monitor potential bribery risks.
