The cost of getting it wrong is far greater than getting it right.At the heart of every job is a comprehensive health and safety regime designed to send each team member home safe at the end of the day. In 2009, Kier re-examined its working at height policy for responsive repair work to make it more efficient, more cost-effective and safer for employees.Working at heights is a high-risk activity and must be viewed in the same way as other high-risk activities, such as working with electricity and gas.
