Ma|or project Morgan Stndall's investment arm has formed a joint venture public private partnership (JVPP) to deliver an ambitious regeneration scheme for Bournemouth town centre over the next 20 years. The council estimates the development value of its plans ranges from ￡350 to ￡500 million. The regeneration scheme is intended to bring new homes, offices, retail opportunities, tourism attractions, business development and improvements to infrastructure and the street scene. Work is provisionally scheduled to begin in mid-2012.
