摘要

Construction companies have been told to continue getting ready for the Bribery Act despite the government's postponement of its implementation. The Ministry of Justice announced last week that the act would not come into force in April, as had been planned. The move followed a statement from Number 10 that it had "listened to the concerns of business about the regulatory burden imposed by this legislation" and was "looking again to see what it could do".
