摘要

MGF was asked to design and supply temporary support for a new-build residential development in Hampstead. The front wall of the existing property dated back to the 1890s and needed to be retained to meet planning requirements and maintain the appearance of the new structure. The scheme allowed a new house to be built around the retained walls and two levels of basement to be dug out and formed below them, while retaining their original three- dimensional position.
