Hotels & leisure owes its spike to the last of the pre-Olympics rush; year-on-year contraction is likely in 2013. Infrastructure had its surge last year but is still seeing plenty of starts in 2012 to date. While retail has risen from last year's trough, utilities continues to dwindle in the region.
