The Department of Energy and Climate Change recently announced the Green Deal could support as many as 60,000 jobs across the insulation sector by 2015. But if the Green Deal is to succeed, and SMEs are to see the benefits on their balance sheets, it must be underpinned by consumer confidence in the quality of work on their homes.
