Prisk defends coalition's green record

Construction minister Mark Prisk has rejected concerns over the government's handling of green standards in construction. Mr Prisk's defence comes after energy minster Greg Barker was forced to defend uncertainty over the start date of the Green Deal last week, the same week the government scrapped the need for site waste management plans on projects worth more than £300,000.
