The Infrastructure Conditions of Contract replace the now-defunct ICE forms and are tailored specifically for civil engineering projects, writes Steven Carey. There are several versions: Measurement, Design & Construct, Term, Minor Works, Target Cost and Ground Investigation, with Measurement set to be the most popular. The only changes to the ICE forms are due to amendments to the Construction Act 1996.
