Bam wins £78m office double

Bam Construction has scooped a £50m contract to build the latest office development at Argent's King's Cross and is in the lead for Great Portland Estates' £28m Soho scheme. Argent appointed Bam for Three Pancras Square (pictured, left), a 160,000 sq ft office space with 13,000 sq ft at ground level for shops and restaurants. The construction contract is understood to be worth in excess of £50m. Bam will begin construction later this year, with the building expected to be complete in summer 2016.
