Low carbon excellence

Prior to the recession, B&K Structures was chiefly a steel manufacturing and construction company. In 2007, the firm moved into innovative timber solutions to improve and grow its business and is now focused on the design through to construction of low-carbon structural-frame solutions. Judges were impressed with the company's engagement with clients, showing how mixing and matching different materials can produce the optimum integrated solution.
