Wolstenholme: Crossrail fatality 'increases resolve' on safety

Crossrail chief executive Andrew Wolstenholme has told Construction News the tragic death of a worker on its Fisher Street site has increased its resolve to improve safety standards across the industry. The man was fatally injured at the site in Holborn on 7 March when he was hit by a piece of falling concrete while spraying concrete on to excavated ground to build a new crossover tunnel.
