Few companies in the construction sector can boast substantial growth since the financial crash of 2008, but Millstream is one of them. The firm provides a range of tender services, including supplying leads through its databases, TendersDirect and MyTenders; providing consulting and training services; reviewing and analysing tender submissions; and working with companies on bids. "We've grown by 10 to 15 per cent annually during the last six years as new clients have come on board," says Millstream managing director Tim Williams.
