Rise Management Consulting has been appointed to deliver the next phase of U+I's £150m regeneration project in west London. The client had intended to deliver the second phase of the project through a design-and-build contract but has opted to go down a construction management route "to be closer to its supply chain". Rise was chosen over construction and property firms F3 Group and RG Group for the second phase of the scheme, which includes the construction of over 180 homes. It will delivered in partnership with housing association L&Q, alongside space for Brent Council to build a new primary school and nursery.
