Lakesmere founder buys back parts of failed firm as new company launched

Lakesmere founder Mark Davey has struck a deal to buy back parts of the cladding specialist and said he was "personally sorry" about the impact the collapse of the firm has had on customers and staff. Mr Davey,who sold the business two years ago to six of the group's executives in a management buyout, has launched a new company called Kaicer Building Envelope Solutions.
